What should I know before converting a Bottom Drawer to Smartlogic?

Good news: we now support Bottom Drawers via SL!

There are several restrictions tho:

  • For now, we only support the Core Paid & Display cards. You cannot convert/create BTD with organic recs.
  • AMs can’t convert/create BTD from Studio. You must create a case.
  • The only available Core Paid face is 2 paid recs below each other, as on the attached screenshot.
  • The Display Card served in the BTD is 320×50. It can be deactivated if needed.
  • When migrating a BTD to SL, the ID will change from BTD_ID to BTD_FEED_ID. You must keep the same logic of ID. Meaning BTD_1 becomes BTD_FEED_1 ; BTD_2 becomes BTD_FEED_2 etc. If not the current amplify blocks will not be effective.
