What are our Smartlogic levels of service?

Some Smartlogic features require a very long set up time and are strongly limiting any uplift in performances. For this reason, we cannot activate all features on all publishers.

Smartlogic levels of service are defining what each type of partner is eligible for.

We have 3 levels:

• Standard: all publishers are eligible. Partners will benefit from the full SL potential.
• Medium: Tier 1, 2, 3 publishers are eligible. Partners will partially benefit from the SL potential.
• Strict: Key Tier 1,2, 3 + Japanese publishers are eligible. Do not expect any uplift in performance.
