I need to rollback my ID, what should I do?

Smartlogic will soon be our unique infrastructure. Rolling back should be exceptional as it is working against the company objectives. It is also time consuming. 

Please consider decreasing the % of traffic attributed to SL first. 

If rolling back is absolutely required, please create a case and someone from the Supply Ops team will roll it back for you. If urgent please write in #ask-Smartlogic.
