What is a Goal Campaign?

A Goal Campaign is a type of Audience Campaign. It can be selected in the Step 2 of the Audience Campaigns creation process:

A Goal Campaign will run on pre-defined organic placements, in competition and in place of your organic content and your other live goal campaigns. It does not require any pre set-up by Outbrain technical teams.

You can set up either an impression or click goal for each campaign, for a predefined duration:

The tool will try to deliver the campaigns according to the goal you have set. However, there is no guarantee that the goal will be reached. If the CTR is too low, the delivery won’t be forced too much in order not to negatively impact the overall organic CTR. If your campaign is under performing try uploading some different headline or image options in order to optimize.
