An experienced member of Outbrain’s Executive team he joined the Content Discovery leader as the Regional Director, SEA, India & New Markets in 2012 and was responsible for setting the business on a strong path to growth and founding its territories across Asia. Now part of the global marketing team he is responsible for expanding the company’s global sales marketing efforts and ensuring that a consistent and impactful story is delivered across all customer touch points. Ant has more than 20 years experience leading various aspects of marketing across agency, client and publisher businesses and prior to joining Outbrain, he was the Marketing Director, Paid Content at News Corp in Australia. Before Carmel, Gilad was a Senior Director of Marketing and Product Management at Comverse Technology, a leading provider of value-added services for Telco Providers. Nic Paul is head of Automatic Yield at Outbrain. His responsibilities are to lead the full integration of the Automatic Yield technology into the Outbrain Amplify and Engage platforms and to build a new Automatic Yield Data licensing product for Publishers. The goal is to apply Automatic Yield (real-time revenue) decisions to every content serving mechanism. Prior to the Outbrain acquisition, Nic was the CEO and Co-Founder of Revee, a proprietary yield analytics software that delivers holistic monetary value of every unique page (content) published to the web. With his 10+ year career in digital media and publishing, it was with this experience that he saw a need to actionable data as it pertains to content yield and monetization. Prior to founding Revee, Nic was Senior Vice President, Publisher of Entertainment at Penske Media Corporation (PMC) which operates several of the most successful websites in the entertainment industry including Deadline Hollywood, Variety, TV|Line, HollywoodLife and Movie|Line. Throughout his 5 years at PMC, Nic had a wide range of responsibilities including overseeing all the advertising revenue across PMC’s various entertainment publications. Before joining PMC, Nic was Head of Digital at Variety. In this position, he was responsible for global online and digital partnership revenue, which increased significantly during his tenure.

Roy is the Head of Inside Sales at Outbrain, based in our NYC office. Prior to his current role, Roy established and managed Outbrain`s Client Onboarding and Content Review teams. He is passionate about technology, digital marketing and driving success to Outbrain Amplify`s customers.
Ronny Lempel joined Outbrain in May 2014 as VP of Outbrain's Recommendations Group, where he oversees the computation and delivery of the company's organic and paid recommendations, as well as the auction mechanisms that run in the paid recommendations' marketplace. Prior to joining Outbrain, Ronny spent 6.5 years as a Senior Director at Yahoo Labs. Ronny joined Yahoo in October 2007 to open and establish its Research Lab in Haifa, Israel. During his tenure at Yahoo, Ronny led R&D activities in diverse areas, including Web Search, Web Page Optimization, Recommender Systems and Ad Targeting. In January 2013 Ronny was appointed Yahoo Labs’ Chief Data Scientist in addition to his managerial duties. Prior to joining Yahoo!, Ronny spent 4.5 years at IBM's Haifa Research Lab with the Information Retrieval Group, where his duties included research and development in the area of enterprise search systems. During his tenure at IBM, Ronny managed the Information Retrieval Group for two years. Ronny received his PhD, which focused on search engine technology, from the Faculty of Computer Science at Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in early 2003. During his PhD studies, Ronny spent two summer internships at the AltaVista search engine. Ronny has authored over 40 research papers in leading conferences and journals, and holds 17 granted US patents. Ran is a Senior Data Scientist at Outbrain, mining data and applying machine learning to terabyte sized datasets, to optimize Outbrain's recommendations. Ran has over 20 years of software development, troubleshooting, reverse engineering, data analysis, and data science experience. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Business Administration from the Tel-Aviv University, and is a frequent participant in Data Science competitions. Prior to joining Outbrain, Ran was a Big Data Engineer at Amdocs, building predictive analytics solutions for leading telecommunications providers.
Ram leads the Organic recommendations team. He is responsible for serving recommendations that are engaging for the user but also helping the publishers to meet their goals. He holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and 8 years of experience in the art and science of industry-level recommender systems.
Roy Sasson is Outbrain’s Chief Data Scientist. His team applies predictive modeling and machine learning research that optimize Outbrain's recommendation system, in strategic areas such as CTR prediction, user classification and mechanism design. Roy has a PhD in Applied Econometrics from Tel-Aviv University, where he has been teaching Econometrics since 2008.
Sabrina Bailey Navalon
Originally from Montreal, Sabrina graduated from McGill University with a degree in Marketing and Finance. Speaking 3 languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and a bit of German) and having spent several years working in the luxury tourism industry, Sabrina has developed a keen understanding of various cultures, which has helped her develop international markets. In her previous roles, she has had the chance to travel extensively and implement/adapt sales and marketing strategies in a way that fit that particular market, whether it be in the Far east, Middle East, USA or Latin America.
Sarit Anavim is Senior Marketing Technologies Manager at Outbrain. She is responsible for identifying technological needs for the Marketing team by finding and implementing solutions to optimize processes. Originally a software developer, Sarit previously worked at 888 and Conduit across marketing technologies, retention, email marketing and data analysis. Aside from time spent swapping the best of the worst pop songs with her global team, Sarit's first love is baking which allows her to combine her passions for food, measurement and creating things. Sarit currently resides in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Sarah Wiseman joined Outbrain in 2015 as a Sales Manager in Australia. Before that, she was already helping brands and their media agencies create meaningful connections with their target audiences at various digital publishers. It's still a big passion of hers and now her role takes a strategic lens on how she can help brands overcome their business challenges using media. Yaron is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Outbrain. Prior to founding Outbrain, Yaron was Co-Founder, SVP of Quigo, Inc., a provider of performance-based marketing solutions for advertisers and premium publishers. He previously served as the CEO of the company for three years. Quigo was acquired by AOL in December 2007. Previously, Mr. Galai was Co-Founder & VP Business Development at Ad4ever, a developer of rich-media advertising technologies for the web which was later acquired by Atlas (a division of aQuantive). Earlier, he was the Founder of NetWorks Web Design - an SEO and web design firm. At NetWorks he oversaw the production and search engine optimization of over 30 websites. Mr. Galai studied industrial design at the Holon Technological Institute, and is a Major (reserve) officer in the Israel Navy.
Yuval Ben Itzhak
Yuval is Chief Technology Officer at Outbrain. Yuval comes to Outbrain with more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior technical leader at innovative companies like Finjan, Intel and AVG Technologies. Prior to joining Outbrain in 2015, Yuval served as CTO at AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG) for more than 5 years. While there, he established AVG's leading position in the mobile security market, demonstrated by more than 100 million downloads of its mobile products and 200 million active users. Yuval was also a key member of the leadership team that took the company public in 2012. Prior to AVG, Yuval was CTO of the cybersecurity company Finjan, where he led six international groups. Yuval is a graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and a holder of 11 U.S. patents. He is a frequent commentator in business news outlets and also speaks regularly on the future of mobile, security, privacy, consumer dynamics, and disruptive innovation.
Yaniv is a PPC Campaign Manager at Outbrain digital marketing team. He previously worked at Google AdWords support team & IBM Digital headquarters in Dublin. When he's not living the PPC world, he loves to surf, play basketball and travel the world.
I joined Outbrain in 2012 as the Head of Account Strategy in Australia & New Zealand. Before that, I was born and bred as a media planner (it is still my passion!) and for more than 13 years I worked in advertising, media and research roles, mostly in the agency land. I now head the marketing effort in ANZ. I'm also a proud father of 3 girls (girls rock!), married to a vet (vets rock!). Oh, and some would say that I look like Andre Agassi and sounds like Borat. Anyway, just call me Joe (or Yoey).
Ziv is a Performance Strategist at Outbrain working with the amplify team in Israel. He previously led a strategy team at McCann Ericson, one of the leading creative agencies worldwide. Ziv has vast experience in planning, monetizing and optimizing campaigns, he works closely with brands and agencies in order to define goals and requirements prior to campaign launch and achieve their goals when the campaigns go live. Ziv lives in Tel-Aviv with his wife and loves outdoor extreme sports like surfing, downhill biking and snowboarding. Ziv holds a BA in Communication and Management.
