In March, Outbrain released findings from a survey that revealed that content marketing was being utilized by 100% of brand and agency survey respondents. The findings revealed that for 87% of respondents, video is the most common form of content, and for 96% of respondents, social media is the most popular channel that marketers use for driving traffic to content. The vast majority of those surveyed (82%) said they expect to increase content marketing efforts in 2012.
Which leads me to the point of this blog post: We’re pleased to announce our 2012 Outbrain Content Marketing Survey in association with Econsultancy. As an innovator in the space, we invite you to share your valuable insights about your content marketing strategy. With your help we can issue a more comprehensive report and offer industry data to support your current and future content marketing efforts. We can also find out whether or not your enthusiasm at the start of the year waned, or if your content efforts intensified throughout 2012.
The survey takes only 5-10 minutes to complete and all answers are confidential. By contributing to the survey, you will receive the final report for FREE (a $400 value)!
We appreciate your response by August 10, 2012.
