Where Was the Most Interest in Winter Olympic Events?

One Final Look at Our Winter of (Dis)Content.

Like almost everyone north of the equator, we can’t wait for Spring! The good news is thatit arrives tomorrow! So today, we look back at one of the few things we liked about Winter 2014: the Olympics.

Based on content, we’re awarding gold, silver and bronze medals to the countries that showed most interest in each Olympic event.

Oddly enough, despite winning 23 of their 24 Olympic Golds in Speed Skating, the Dutch were more interested in Snowboarding than anything else. And the Russians? Yes, they consumed the most Olympic content overall — and enough to win from us their most desired and elusive gold medal: Ice Hockey!
